The Sukhothai, Shanghai P.R.C
While opening La Scala, one of the lifestyle venues of The Sukhothai Shanghai, the first Sukhothai in China and second worldwide, I was looking for expertise to create a different dining destination.
From the first introduction phone call onwards, I knew that Theodor was the right person, I was impressed with his food sustainability philosophy, his people focus and principles. Our partnership has assisted me greatly to further establish the restaurant as well as the hotel in a dynamic city like Shanghai.
I would have no hesitate to partner with Theodor again should the opportunity come up.
