He has held key culinary roles in world-renowned hospitality brands, including Hyatt, Shangri-La, and Fairmont.
As the driving force behind the Michelin Star Restaurant Johannesstube, he created the culinary concept “Taste Nature” and the summer events “Forest Edition”, cooking at 1800 m in the Dolomites using only the energy source of fire.
His culinary passion has been recognized by Le Liste Top 1000, Gault Millau (17 points), Bibenda (2021), “Best Hotel Wine list in Italy” and many more recognitions in national & international food guides.
Today, he serves as a trusted advisor to international partners in culinary consulting and F&B development — offering expertise in concept creation, brand revitalization, and sustainable strategy implementation.
